Jacksonville Jaguars general manager James Gladstone is walking into a good situation in his first general manager gig. The Jaguars are not rebuilding by any means, and the expectation is for Gladstone and new head coach Liam Coen is that they have a solid crop of talent to work with.

The Jacksonville Jaguars introduced James Gladstone as their new general manager on Monday. He completed the team's leadership team that began with the hiring of coach Liam Coen and Executive Vice-President Tony Boselli and the extension of team President Mark Lamping's contract through 2030.
