The Karen Read defense team has delivered its motion to dismiss for “Extraordinary Governmental Misconduct,” just as promised late last month.

Prosecutors allege that Read backed her Lexus SUV in a drunken rage into her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O’Keefe, early on Jan. 29, 2022.

In an exclusive one-on-one interview, Read recently told Boston 25 that she has “nothing to hide” and that she’s “been framed” for murder.
