DOD: B-2 Houthi Strikes Show Ability To Hit Hardened Targets
The B-2 is also set to carry the newer GBU-72 Advanced 5k Penetrator bomb, which uses a BLU-138 warhead along with a Joint Direct Attack Munition GPS guidance tail kit. This bomb was first tested three years ago and could be fielded operationally on the B-2 based on the original schedule.
