Tata Motors has secured a major order from the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) to supply 1,000 Tata LPO 1618 diesel bus chassis, enhancing public transport across the state.

Tata Motors has clinched an order from the UP State Road Transport Corporation for the supply of 1,000 diesel bus chassis. The order was won through a competitive e-bidding process, and deliveries will be made in stages according to mutual agreements.

The latest order follows the successful fulfilment of an earlier order of 1,350 bus chassis received last year, which are currently being run efficiently by the UPSRTC.
