Former U.S. Attorney Joshua Levy will be returning to his old Boston law firm, Ropes & Gray, as a partner in the firm’s litigation and enforcement practice group.

Levy had left Ropes to serve initially as First Assistant US Attorney in January 2022. He ended up leading the office and its roughly 125 prosecutors in May 2023 after Rachael Rollins resigned.

Boston-based Ropes & Gray on Tuesday said that Joshua Levy, the former U.S. attorney from Massachusetts under President Joe Biden, will become a partner in the firm.
