The NFL will once again hold conversations about the legality of the Tush Push this offseason, putting the Eagles’ dominant short-yardage play in the sights of the league’s competition committee for a third year in a row.

That's because NFL executive of football operations Troy Vincent told the NFL Network on Monday that one unidentified team has submitted a proposal to ban the play known as the “Tush Push ," the Eagles' highly-successful short yardage play in which two players push quarterback Jalen Hurts from behind as he attempts a QB sneak.

The Philadelphia Eagles' "Tush Push" play is as controversial as it is successful. While the play was not banned by the NFL last offseason, the league's executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent said Monday that one team has issued a proposal to ban it for the 2025 season,
