Uttarakhand Avalanche Updates: 57 road construction workers were stationed in the BRO camp at the time of the incident, informed Deepam Seth, Uttarakhand's Director General of Police, while speaking to NDTV.

On Saturday, the Indian Army, NDRF and SDRF forces saved around 50 workers. However, of these 50, at least four have succumbed to their injuries.

Nearly 57 workers were trapped under snow after and avalanche hit in Uttarakhand's Chamoli. 32 workers have been rescued so far.
