The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating after a woman was shot while driving on the interstate Monday evening (Feb. 24).Police say they were contacted by hospital staff around 7:40 p.m. when the victim arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound that was not considered life-threatening.

A Baton Rouge police unit was one of three units involved in a crash Tuesday morning, officials said. Louisiana State Police are investigating.
