Missouri's Saturday win over UMass was comfortable and therefore went about as expected. The Tigers enjoyed a chance to recover against minimal opposition and in that, they got something that they needed.

The Tigers bounced back from their Texas A&M loss with a comfortable 45-3 win in Amherst over the UMass Minutemen. Unlike last week, Mizzou showed complete control right out the gate, led by Luther Burden’s 61-yard rushing touchdown in the first minute of the game. From there, the Tigers never let off the gas.

Missouri football’s midseason trip to Amherst went as planned, as the Tigers improved to 5-1 with a comfortable win in the northeast.
