Twenty-one federal employees who previously worked for the U.S. Digital Service before it was renamed the U.S. DOGE Service have resigned in protest over DOGE's actions.

Twenty-one federal tech employees resigned instead of helping DOGE, saying they will not use their skills to "dismantle critical public services."

Over 20 DOGE employees announced their resignation Tuesday in a letter sent to White House chief of staff Susie Wiles.

Twenty-one employees resigned from the United States Digital Service in protest of the Department of Government Efficiency’s effort to carry out layoffs and its communications with federal employees via email.
