The Southwest Harbor Fire Department said firefighters responded to the area of Dysart's Marina after a truck had lost its brakes and went through the barricade.

The Southwest Harbor Fire Department says the driver managed to quickly exit the truck and climb onto the dock, suffering only a cut on his hand.

Dysart's Great Harbor Marina in Southwest Harbor was damaged after a driver crashed through a fence, and ended up in the water.

A man only has a cut hand after escaping from his pickup truck after it plowed through the Dysart’s Marina dock barricade into water 20 feet below in Southwest Harbor. The man was able to climb onto the dock after his truck lost its brakes.

According to the Southwest Harbor Fire Department, the truck went across Dysart’s Marina dock and through a barricade into the water.
