I had a whole doula with a birth plan but instead had an emergency c section, had to visit my son in NICU, I was in ICU battling complications, and ended up being there for 3 weeks and having to come back for my son 2 days later. …because you learned how the body is designed to birth naturally! 📣 Giving birth in the hospital doesn’t disqualify you from a beautiful, physiological birth. It’s possible. But it doesn’t happen by luck. How do you set yourself up for this? 🙌🏼 1️⃣ Have a rock solid, supportive care team you trust. 2️⃣ Get prepared: mind, body and spirit! Here are some of the common themes I see in (most) physiological hospital births: ✅Mom and partner are prepared and confident in her ability to birth ✅Provi
